Step One. Enter the e-mail address you used when you first registered for the GeoBlue Online Group Enrollment.
After you click "Continue" we will send you an email message containing a link that will allow you to change your password.
If your email has changed, or you can no longer use it, please call GeoBlue at 1.855.481.6647 for assistance.
